Throw Back Thursdays

Throw Back Thursday is going to be a new segment on Society Blame Game, where every Thursday we will be playing a song from back in day. By doing this we are respecting the previous artists that paved the way for future artists and to bring awareness to some great music.

The year was 1998 when Jon B released his smash single They Don’t Know produced by Tim & Bob from his now classic album Cool Relax. The song went on to peak number seven on the Billboard Hot 100 and ended the year on the Billboard Hot 100 at number thirty-nine.

So here is the first joint for Throwback Thursday Jon B. – They Don’t Know

Innocent Until Proven Guilty

“Your white friend said these n****s crazy, I hope no-one heard that, cause if they we gone be in some trouble.” – Drake – Marvin’s Room

By T33side86

Race and racial equality seems to have become a modern issue again, with two high profile racial abuse cases ongoing in the limelight of the Premier League, I’ve decided to blog about it, as you pretty much can’t ignore it at the moment.

The main issue I want to write about is John Terry, defender, and captain of England and Chelsea Football Club.

In case you don’t know the background, Terry was apparently accused of using a racial slur against black player Anton Ferdinand, and opponent during Chelsea’s fixture on 23rdOctober 2011.

The accusations were leveled at him following a video which emerged, with no audio, but his lip movements seemed to mimic what seemed like the words black and c**t. Anyway, since most people already know most of the background, there’s no need to dwell on that.

After months of waiting, with no apparent decision in the pipeline, the incident has been taken to court. In my view, this is an issue that is bigger than football. Now, Terry is innocent. Present tense. Until he’s tried, and sufficient evidence has been considered, and if the outcome of the trial is a guilty verdict, then he is still innocent, and he must be seen as innocent (UK Laws).

This is from a purely legal viewpoint.

In terms of the England team, I think he should never have been re-issued the England Captaincy. Despite whether they should or not, kids look up to the likes of Terry, and thus he should be a positive role model in his position. The Wayne Bridge/Vanessa Peronccel incident was enough alone to justify him being outcast from England permanently.

It is clear that Terry’s moral compass is way off the mark, so to find that he did indeed use racist language would not be so much of a surprise. However for the time being he must be considered innocent. The man himself is a total disgrace in the way he behaves off the pitch, and this is something which doesn’t need proving in court, it’s something we all know.

A man should only be given so many chances, and Terry is fast running out.

J.Cole 11-19-2011 - O2 Academy Sheffield, England Show

Fresh from supporting Tinie Tempah on his UK arena tour, J. Cole embarked on a gig tour of England, headlining his own show in the country for the first time. It was his first chance to showcase a full set list of his three mix tapes and debut studio album Cole World: The Sideline Story.

In contrast to many recent hip hop gigs I've been to, the audiences were mainly mid to late 20's males, and the atmosphere was of a raw, club gig full of hip hop heads. Cole came onto stage after an impressive set from his DJ to Cole World - which got the crowd pumped straight away, people reciting each line word for word.

He swerved from mix tape to album, and back to mix tape. Thanking fans and talking to the crowd in between each track, showing his humble, grateful nature for the success he's experiencing.

He rattled off the big songs with Rise and Shine, Mr Nice Watch and In The Morning, then took the show into an almost lull, and became the first rapper I've seen perform sitting down, as he pulled out a stool to perform his emotive track Lost Ones. Nobody's Perfect and Daddy's Little Girl also followed.

He continued to get the crowd singing along in a deafening chorus, when he played the keyboard intro to Lights Please. Then Cole proceeded to ask which fans had purchased his album, and each of his mix tapes, drawing nostalgic approval from his more long term fans, but still involving the newer crowd in the venue.

Cole has a natural stage presence, and he showed this from start to finish, looking comfortable, and working the energy in the room, before launching into an encore with his track Farewell from Friday Night Lights, saying farewell to his audience, addressing almost everyone individually.

Cole showed that his passion for the music in the studio is genuine, as well as his talent, and this ranks up there with one of my best gigs.

On a side note; the venue was very accessible, service at the bar was quick, there was no overcrowding, and the sound system was crisp and clear.

Who Got Next: Xavier Marquis

When you think of Minnesota you often associated cold weather, Minnesota Vikings and Prince,  people who are from the South like me can only mention a couple of rappers from Minnesota (no disrespect) shout out to Brother Ali, Atmosphere, and Rhymesayers Entertainment. It’s just that Minnesota's state neighbors like Michigan, Illinois and Ohio have been shining and having constant artists coming out underground and mainstream. Artists such as Eminem and Big Sean from Detroit Michigan, Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco from Chicago Illinois, and representing Ohio you got acts such as Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Kid Cudi, Stalley, and Machine Gun Kelly.  I came across a talented artist from Minneapolis, Minnesota and his name is Xavier Marquis, who recently release his new Mixtape; The X-flies Mixtape: Episode 2.

The great thing about Xavier is he produces his own beats and sings as well, download the mixtape you won’t be disappointed.
Here’s the Link for Episode 2:

J.Cole - Cole World : The Sideline Story Album Review by T33SSIDE86

I, like many have been anticipating the debut studio album of Jermaine Cole for over a year now, since I first started listening to him in the Summer of 2010, I remember I was in a Las Vegas hotel room with two good friends and the video for Who Dat came on the television. I was impressed, and made a point downloading his entire catalogue. And what a collection of music it is. Cole World is an appropriate title. A lot of his material is cold, and cuts deep, and pulls on emotions we all go through.
The album is consistent in its subject matter, with soulful, yet new edge production and combined with complex 2 and 3 bar rhyme structures from Cole, which comes across as so effortless. His story telling ability is quite impressive; he makes the listener feel like they're in the room with him on the end of a conversation. One minute he uses references to people and quotes them, then retorts back to his own response, using the chorus to sum up the circumstances in each tale. Songs like Daddy’s Little Girl and Lost Ones are perfect examples of Cole style. I love this. It makes me listen and listen over and over.
The inclusion of some of Cole’s songs from his mix tapes such as the come up, the warm up and Friday night lights keeps the raw element at the core at what he tries to do. He's too raw for the charts, but to classy for the underground. Cole has created a nice middle ground. And he is the main occupant. At 26, he has a lot of stories to tell, about his childhood, in Never Told, his love life, in Lights Please, and his rise to fame in Rise and Shine.  The album is a culmination of years of intense work on mix tapes and the gig circuit, and is a clear affirmation that he is going to be a fixture in hip hop for a long time to come.

Both Men and Women are to blame

I’ve seen it numerous times on my facebook or twitter  from women complaining about men saying they ain’t sh*t or how awful we are. As a man I really do get tired of seeing that and having numerous debates about men vs. women with friends. To be perfectly honest men shouldn’t take all the blame for the frustration of women, who have either been cheated on, lead on and never got a call back and etc.  Both sides are to blame to get to the root of this issue take a closer look at marriage and the role of parents in child development. The key element for any family is the man, who is the backbone for the family by providing for the family as well protecting and providing support for his wife and kids. Now in our society a lot of kids are growing up in single parent homes and for some, their parents had a bad break up which may have affected them mentally and emotionally. With the kids whose parents had a bad break up they are dealing with a lot of issues such as anger, resentment, stress, and more responsibility.

For example if the father has left the family home due to a divorce: this is how it affects a boy, it takes a man to raise a man there’s only so much that a mother can teach her son.  The rest is up to the father to teach his son the dynamics of a man and woman relationship the way a father treats his wife will more likely be the same way his son will treat woman. Now for women if their father is not around its hard because fathers are usually the man in their life for many years. How a father treats his daughter and wife affects a daughter’s relationship with men throughout her life. If the father didn’t treat them right more likely she will  choose the wrong men who will disrespect them and some cases abuse them.  Now for mothers they provide emotionally support for both the son and daughter. A mother’s attitude towards other men can damage the way a son sees himself as well as women. So if the mother who was in a bad marriage and has a bad divorce shows her anger and bitterness more likely it’s going to affect her sons self esteem and any relationship he has with any women. Same logic applies to the daughter who in turns repeats the same behavior that her mother has towards men will go on and repeat the cycle.

This cycle is nothing new and will continue to go on just the next time you’re dealing with a person you like and you thinking about marriage just be sure you see the whole picture before jumping the broom.

R.E.D Album Review

Hate him or Love him (pun intended) Jayceon Taylor aka Game is a talented rapper when he is focused. His latest album The R.E.D Album has been plagued with setback after setback since last year.  The beats are great on this album but the 16 guest feature on a 21 track is not a good look. If you have this much guest features on an album you might as well call this a compilation album i.e DJ Khaled. Some of the features on the album work and some just sounded forced.  Truth is Game’s last two mixtape sounded better than his album it’s just a shame that it took over two years to make this album and it’s not his best work.

Hip Hop Is Alive

Written By: Teesside86

Myself, Acelucky and Saacey are all long time avid listeners of hip-hop, and have seen it change and evolve since our early teenage years, possibly even younger.

In recent years, there was a conception that hip-hop is dead, and Nas even released an album with the controversial title.

So with that said, I take a brief look at the best albums of 2011. These are strictly my opinions...

My Teessider rating system is as follows, along with the normal people ratings in brackets.

An audio Parmo   *****
Spot On               ****
Decent                 ***
Alright.                 **
Afonso Alves       *

Wiz Khalifa - Rolling Papers

Wiz has been huge on the mix tape and underground scene for years, releasing his first mix tape at just age 19, now 24 he dropped his debut studio album in march this year.

The album has some clean, easy going beats, big on snares and synths. Wiz is comfortable with his flow, laid back and relaxed, as he is with his subject matter. He raps about experiences with relationships and mainly with weed. His music is about having fun, he doesn't take himself too seriously, and neither do his fans. An entertaining album to listen to, especially when getting drunk or high.

Verdict: Decent

Saigon - The Greatest Story Never Told

The Greatest Story Never Told, Saigon's first studio album, coming at the age of 33, due to long term wrangling over its release, was a big moment for hip hop; Saigon is from Brooklyn and aside from Jay-Z, little was coming out of the area of New York in recent years.

The album has a blend of raw hip hop, and soulful singing, with some great beat selection from Saigon, and the albums exec producer Just Blaze. Saigon brings some thought provoking lyricism, using his years and wisdom to switch our minds on. He picks select collaborations, and they work well, Faith Evans is featured on one of the albums best cuts, Clap. Songs like Bring Me Down, are full of adrenaline, that of a man screaming out to be heard and who almost quit hip hop. Saigon has rewarded those who waited with one of the best hip hop albums of recent years.

Verdict: An Audio Parmo

Lupe Fiasco - Lasers

Lupe's Third studio release and the long delayed and highly anticipated Lasers was 4 years after The Cool, and Lupe has been busy. For Lupe's fans, he was a continuation of the conscious rapper, a modern incarnation of people like Rakim and Common. The Lasers album is perhaps short of what people would consider his best music. His lyrics seem loose, and sloppy at times on some tracks, Never Forget You, to name one. However on others he carries a powerful punch, such as Words I Never Said, and Show Goes On, where he attacks anyone from politicians, even President Obama, to his label chiefs who hindered the release of the album.

I love this album though, it's a fantastic listen, and it proves Lupe is one of the leading MC's of his generation, the third album can be a tricky one, yet there is more than enough quality here to keep you pressing play.

verdict: Spot On

Coming Soon....

DJ Khaled - We the Best Forever

Bad Meets Evil - Hell the Sequel

Jay-Z & Kanye West - Watch the Throne

Big Sean - Finally Famous

Kendrick Lamar - Section 80

Lil Wayne - Tha Carter IV

The Game - The RED Album

Goodbye Entourage

Couple of weeks ago was the last episode of Entourage on HBO after 8 long years and 96 episodes.  I had mixed emotions when the show ended, I was very disappointed in season 8 by far the shows worst one. But I’m not going to harp on that just sad to see it go off the air I got on the Entourage bandwagon a little late during season one after watching the first season I became a fan. The show had its ups and downs but the two characters that really stood out for me was Ari Gold and Johnny Drama.

Watching Entourage was about more than just the money, and the flashy cars, and celebrity guest appearances. It was about friendship, and male camaraderie. It was about loyalty, and reliability. Eric Murphy was blindly loyal to Vince, and despite not always seeing eye to eye, they both knew that ultimately they had one another’s interests at heart.

It was also possibly for most people to relate to the range of characters, because of how different they all are. They all attempted to become something, and did it in their own ways. None of us can ever know what it feels like to be best friends with a multi millionaire film star, but we can all empathize with struggle and challenges. The characters dealt with these issues in the same way that you or I would, with their closest friends around them.

It’s a shame such an influential show had to come to an end, but sometimes it's better to end something too soon, rather than let it drag on and become stale. Most characters had found their calling, with only a few loose ends to be tied up, will Jonny Bananas be as successful as everyone thinks? Will Ari take his dream job after barely rescuing his marriage, can Vince be faithful, and will Turtle and Drama hook up with someone? And also, how short will Eric and Sloan’s baby be? A lot of questions still need to be answered, roll on the movie.

Victory!!!!!!

Why Three Lions always fail

England introduced the world to football but other countries have mastered the game.  When ever tournaments come in the summer there is a media frenzy predicting England to win the whole thing. But every time England always falls short. And we ask ourselves why they didn’t succeed or who to point the blame at. Take a look at England take a deep hard look at English football currently we are ranked 4th in the world but I’m having trouble seeing why we are rank that high after that terrible World Cup performance in South Africa. It’s been since 1966 England last won a major tournament which is 45 years ago that’s a long time for a country that invented the sport to not win anything since than. Most of the blame and rightfully so should be placed on the FA. They have bundled every major decision to take England to the next level.

One major reason why they are the reason to blame is England has failed to consistently develop top footballers over the years compare to their counterparts like France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Holland. It’s an easy explanation to why England doesn’t produce; if you take a look at our youth development you’ll see the harsh reality of why we are so behind. We teach the kids at a young age too hoof the ball up field and chase it. If we’ve learn anything in international football is you can’t play that way; international football is all and about retention and penetrating football. Our kids are being taught to play football the wrong way by the coaches who want to win and the overbearing parent who never made it in football, kids are playing in full size fields and goals. Instead they should be playing small size fields and goals. Trevor Brooking is the Director of Football Development who has been urging The FA to overhaul grassroots football in the country.
Since England’s World Cup failure Brooking has made 25 recommendations on how to improve football at every level from grassroots to England setup.

Now one of Brooking’s recommendations is to have mandatory release of players for international duty on all England level. This recommendation is a problem which will continue the club vs. country debate. The problem is English players are playing a lot of football without any rests compare to other countries (checkout Saaceybill post for why English Football needs a winter break). Injuries have robbed England plenty of times leading up to a major tournament and during the tournament. I believe Trevor Brooking has the right intention to improve English football and is the man to bring change. But I have several concerns where were these recommendations after England failed to qualify for Euro 2008 and will The FA dropped the ball on these recommendations like it did the new Wembley stadium and St George’s Park the national football center.

The current landscape of English football is not a good one English player’s transfer market value is over inflated. Players are only concern about collecting wages getting drunk, and you have the players WAGS who want to make the front pages of newspapers and magazines.  English players are too comfortable playing in England only a few would go overseas to play and others would rather stay in England sit on the bench and collect their wages.

The only way English football ever improves is when The FA finally wakes up and makes the right decision.  Four Steps that can help the Three Lions can improve:

1.       Revamp grassroots football make the pitch and goals smaller and the game smaller so kids can actually develop technique, instead of  hoofing the ball up field
2.     Introduce a winter break, all major European league have one trust me it does make a difference can prevent a lot of wear and tear on the players

3.      Revamp The FA Board of Directors most of the director’s work for clubs so when it comes down to a major decision whose interest are they really protecting?
4.       Revamp coaching development in England

Up and Coming Stars In 2011 Part Two

Kendrick Lamar- Is the first rapper in our Up and Coming series to make the list is an artist you have to watch out for. Lamar states that his influences growing up were Tupac Shukar, DMX, Nas, and Kanye West. Also this year Lamar released a digital album Section.80 which was well received by critics.  Lamar is also working on a joint project with another XXL freshman cover alumni J. Cole. Known for his deep subject matters and complex rhymes Lamar is one of the many new talents emerging from the West Coast.
If that wasn't enough check out the YouTube clip when Game and Snoop Dogg passes the torch to Lamar

If you haven’t already go check out Section.80 which is one of the best rap album this year available on ITunes

Welcome Back DMX

Music invokes memories and emotions for most people the music they listen to are their own personal soundtrack to their life. With that being said one of my favorite artists listening to growing up was DMX. I can remember the first time I remember hearing DMX it was back in 1998 while I was in middle school (damn that long ago). Now back than a lot of my friends I grew up with listen to a range of music from Jay-Z to Master P lol yes Master P was relevant once a upon a time. What caught my attention about DMX was his fourth single Ruff Ryders’ Anthem from his debut album It’s Dark and Hell is Hot I went and bought  his  album and been a fan ever since than.

Fast Forward to the present as many of you have known DMX has had some run in with the law and a drug addiction. It came to my attention DMX was doing a show in Dallas at the House of Blues his first show after being released from prison. Now the week leading up to the show DMX gets in trouble with the law for speeding. In my head I was like here we go again is he going to get arrested? Is he back in drugs again? I still went through to go check him out and man I’m glad I didn’t back out. Check out the video below of DMX performance at House of Blues.

Up and Coming Stars In 2011 Part One

In a music industry that is watered down with mediocrity music, where  radio station play the same music everyday and labels now signing acts for ringtones rather than quality music it’s becoming harder and harder to find good music. But it’s always refreshing when you listen to a new artist that makes you hit the repeat on your IPod or whatever you use to play your music. These four artists are here to stay and will stay in your CD/iPod rotation.

Frank Ocean- Singer/songwriter also a member of Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, Ocean has written songs for acts like Beyonce, Brandy, Justin Bieber and John Legend. At the beginning of the year Frank released a mixtape called Nostalgia, Ultra to which has been well received from music critics and fans. You can find Nostalgia, Ultra at datspiff.com or buy the Nostalgia, Lite when it comes out which contains songs from Ultra. You can also check Frank on Jay-Z and Kanye West “Watch the Throne” which Oceans lends his vocals for “No Church in the Wild” and “Made in America”. Word has it Ocean has also landed himself a feature on Jay-Z next album.
With the R&B lane open due to the inconsistent music of artists such as Ne-yo, Chris Brown, and Usher.
Ocean is a talent to be recognized and a warning to the current R&B singers to stepped their game up.

Frankocean.com

Miguel – Is another singer/songwriter who has seen his stock increase this year Miguel last year had the smash hit single “All I want is You” the same title of his album which was released in November 2010. The reason Miguel stock is rising he only sold 11k copies the first week when his album came out.  The singles “Sure Thing” and “Quickie” are receiving heavy rotation on the radio as of July 2011 “All I Want Is
You” has sold over 200k copies and single “Sure Thing” has sold over 800k of digital/ringtones sales.  You can’t turn on your radio without hearing Miguel which is impressive for a guy whose first single came out last summer. If you haven’t already go cop Miguel’s Debut album “All I Want is You” I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Winter Break for English Premier League

The Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1 and the Eredivisie all have produced some of the greats of the modern game and all have a winter break. I personally feel that the English Premier League should have a winter break, not only for a club teams, but for our country! English clubs play 38 premier league games; we have 2 cups (the League Cup and the FA Cup) along with Europa League and Champions League football for those lucky and skilled enough to do so! So that is a massive amount of football our teams and players play per season. Now if there is an international tournament during the off season then there is little time for these players to rest, and during such tournament they could get burnout resulting in yet another fail on the biggest scale! I am by no means blaming the long and heavy season on our previous summer tournament fail, but I defy anyone to say that it wasn’t one of the major contributing factors.

So, how would it work, having a two week break in our season? Well take this season for example, there is the regular Saturday games on the 17th of December, if we then allowed for a 2 week break the fixtures would start again on the 31st of December, now during that 2 week period there has only been a total of 2 games missed, we could fit them in mid week at almost any time. Or start the season a week earlier and get rid of that useless international friendly that has been put in. However that would disrupt the charity/community shield, so I suggest we make that a week earlier also and clubs involved in that match can use it as one of their pre season games, the final pre season game.

Now to get to the answer of my question, does the Premier League need a winter break? In my opinion YES it does, and I base this opinion on that so many top flight players and managers are calling for this and the fact that 78 players were injured before the end of February in the EPL last season! Now I am not saying a winter break would stop players getting injured, but how many of us as fans have seen a player go down in those vital stages of the Premier League and thought “we’re screwed” or “please get up ok” or even the extreme of “that’s us down now then” I think that a winter break would rest our players, re charge there batteries and mount an attack on the premier league like it were a new season. A winter break may not be a concern to for example Chelsea and Man City as they have 2 teams that are of great talent each, but it does to those fans and teams that depend heavily on one or two outstanding players in their team and I feel a winter break would keep these players fresh and give other teams a chance at success towards the end of the season. If nothing else it makes the closing weeks more interesting.  I also think that a winter break would benefit our national side because players wouldn’t be as ‘burnt out’ after a season had finished, which we saw recently with Jack Wilshere and the drama of him not being able to play in the U21 European championship, and you have to think that with him and Andy Carroll (one of the victims of the 78 injured) England would have done a lot better than they did.

Now a lot of you may be reading this and thinking that you like your Boxing Day game, it’s a tradition etc, and I sympathize with that as I love my away day games on Boxing Day or alternatively the home day game in your own city/town. But think about all the times you have seen a player go down at a crucial point of the season or watched our national side struggle once more on the big stage. Surely if these things can be prevented a winter break is worth a try? Even if it is only a 2/3 year trial period!

Best place to Scout for Women

Summer holidays are coming to an end and everybody has enjoyed their time off from work. But now it’s back to the daily ground of going to work and scouting to find players to add to your team. The best place to find that hidden gem or that diamond in the rough is church.

4 reasons why church is the best place to scout women:

1.       It’s free! How much you think you spend at a bar or club looking to pull. Let’s break it down if you go to a club on a Saturday night entry about $15 dollars, another 20-30 dollars down the drain for drinks plus tips. Don’t forget that parking too is going to cost you as well that’s another $10, if you took the cab you’re looking at another $20. So if you drove total that night its $55 but if you took a cab $65 total for the night. With the way the economy is why wouldn’t anyone spend $0 to meet women

2.       The same women you saw at the club Saturday night most likely will be at church the following morning, you can talk to her in a friendly environment without her thinking you’re hitting on her. Think  about it why do most people go to the clubs anyways? And no it’s just not to dance either they trying to hook up with someone.

3.       Church is an untapped resource to meet women cause of the negative stereotype about church girls.

4.       You might actually learn something

*Disclaimer*  To all religious people we all know church is a place to worship god we're just having fun so please save I'm going to hell comments for people who are doing more harm than good to people in the world

5 Signs that you are Eric Murphy

In honor of the last season of Entourage we’ve decided to do a test to determine if you are an Eric Murphy. If you’ve followed Entourage from the first season you already know who Eric Murphy is, well for the readers who don’t  know who Eric Murphy is;  he is the hopeless romantic of the group who always wants to commit, never single, and naïve when it comes to women.
So here are 5 signs you are or someone you know is a Eric Murphy
1. Whenever a girl calls your phone, and you’re with your friends, you screen the call, and even walk away before you pick up. After the call you won't admit who you were talking to, even though everyone knows who it was. Sometimes you even answer the phone to an Ex when on a DATE with a current girlfriend.
2. You always overdress - ever find yourself wearing a shirt and smart pants when everyone else is in jeans and a tee? This is classic Murphy, whether you think it'll make you stand out from the group or maybe you’re just insecure about your appearance, who knows.

3. You love being right. Ever hear somebody say something you disagree with and can't help yourself from butting in, or laughing. Even if your best mate is dying to do something, and you know it's none of your business, you still try and argue your point. And then if you lose the argument, you go in a huff.

4. Never moving on. You think that special girl is going to be around for ever, and every other girlfriend in between is just temporary. You compare girls to her, you do favors for her, you think about her more than you know you should.

5. You can't hookup with a girl without catching feelings for her; typical Murphy behavior through out the series there's always some girl who he starts to like after messing around.

Goal Drought

Every players and managers worst nightmare a goal drought, it happens in football a talented player for whatever reason has stopped scoring for his team. So how do you end the goal drought? Most managers put that player on the bench till they snapped out of it and replace you with somebody else. Real life scenario how do you snap out of a goal drought? And no own goals do not count. Well you look to your reserve and see if there’s anyone who can do the job if not it’s back out to the transfer market you go hitting the clubs, bars, and parties till that awful drought ends.
Sometimes even the most seasoned pro can't bring himself to pick on of the reserves, and it can be difficult to take such a gamble, how will you be judged by team mates? And how will it affect your reputation?

In a drought, you can do two things, either change your style of play, or change your scouting network. In real life this means either start getting ruthless, or ditch the gentleman act, and just goes in for the kill, or you can start looking for dates and women in new areas.

I would recommend the previous, stick to the same people but stop messing around, and go in with a huge bid that can't be refused. This means pulling out all the stops. Like someone? Ask her out, matter of fact tell her your taking her out, and that she's gonna have the night of her life - in football terms, show her your clubs ambition. Give her no choice but to sign.

The last option which usually ends a goal drought is an easy tap in, you know were we’re going with this that one woman you know that is easy who has quite the reputation in your town and you know a friendly hello and compliment will get you in.

Summer Transfer Market

In football summer time is the busy period for a lot of clubs to buy players and get rid of players, you read the newspapers and newsnow to figure out which club being linked to which player. In real life we use facebook and twitter to figure out who is hooking up with whom and who is available.
You know It’s summer time when the skirts and dresses are getting  shorter, relationships  are coming to an abrupt end, you are  seeing more people in your local gym and of course everybody going on holiday. The summer holiday is kind of like one big long scouting trip, people expect you to stare, so stare as much as you want. Use bribes (buy drinks) lies (pretend you play in the Champions League instead of league 1) and tricks (catch her offside) while on this scouting trip. Nobody knows what your job is (which club your from) or how much money you have (go from basic salary to top earner) or how many shags you've had (go from a dry spell to prolific scorer). Do your research because a scouting trip without any signings is a wasted scouting trip!
Here are our five hot tips to help with your summer acquisitions...
1) The Gamble -
Uncover a diamond in the rough - there's always that one player who nobody's seen before, none of the big guns have looked at them, and they're available, and often open to offers. In real life, she's young, she's inexperienced, but she's eager. You be the experience, you show the faith, and you offer her that first professional contract!

2) Summer Budget - Keep your budget open until the end of the window - don't blow your whole kitty at the start of the window, keep some funds back. This applies to those summer pulling holidays, weigh up the options then at the last possible minute make your decision. Nothing like committing to a signing early doors then seeing someone else scoop the top prize. Patience is a virtue, and a patient man is a wise man but don’t become too patient i.e. Arsene Wenger/

3) The Trial - Offer her a trial. Many clubs use trials as a way of testing out potential signings. Don't give out your number, don't commit to anything, keep things casual. At the end of the holiday if you want to extend the deal then you can.

4) The loan Deal - The same applies to loan signings, sometimes boyfriends let girls go on holiday, the same way clubs let players out on loan. If you loan a girl, make sure you honor the agreement and release your interest at the end of the period, remember it was only a fling.

5) Older players- All else fails you can acquire an older women you know what we are talking about the older women who go on vacations with their friends looking to feel young again. Easy acquisition because they are experience and willing to be admire about younger men.

Enjoy the summer before the winter transfer market kicks up!!
