5 Warning Signs to Leave The Game

By Saaceybill

Until I had to figure that I don't wanna play around, but I don't wanna settle down and that's a man's dilemma. -Phonte

It happens to every great player or manager when it’s time to hang up the jersey and leave the game for good, move on to marriage, mortgage, and kids. Sometimes they stay to long in the game and the game doesn’t love them back, or keep playing the game until there is nothing left to accomplish & you've left where you were happiest. I mean you don't want to end up like Robbie Fowler playing at a poor standard dragging put what's left of your career and living off your past do you?! You also have to be careful of leaving when you're happy for a so called 'dream move' just like Robbie Keane when he went to Liverpool from Spurs, luckily he got back to Spurs, but remember women are not as forgiving as football teams and their fans! so we the folks at society blame game like to bring to you 5 signs when it’s time to leave the game for good.

1. If you’re getting tired of going to the clubs and bars and just prefer a night in with netflix - why chase skirt in a club when you are happy at home with what you have, be smart about it, the clubs aint going anywhere, they're still gonna be there if negotiations break down or come to an end!

2. Been in a relationship for over three years - 3 years is a long time for a relationship, it's natural that a woman (& some men) start thinking about marriage and kids after the 3 years, this is when you decide wether it's time to sign that contract extension and commit for the long haul!

3. Making long term plans with your significant others - if your making plans for the future then you have already made your mind up! she's a keeper! time to leave the game!

4. Jump off are getting knocked up or married - if the jump offs are getting married, pregnant &/or settling down then where are you gonna go on those lonely single nights? if they are settling down then it's time for yo to leave the game!

5. If she was born in 1995 it’s time to hang it up - if they're born in 1995 it means they're 16! think if it in football terms, if you as a manager discover a young bit of talent you get them tied down on a long contract and you keep them for as long as possible! it's the same with a girl, if she's young and 'talented' then you keep her! you leave the game!
